1) keeping a track of all the leads received from social media/walk-ins/ mediators etc and grading them according to their level of interest and capacity to purchase the flats
2) calling and inviting them to the site, do the follow up calls and explain the basic details of the project
3) sitting at the office reception and receive all guests/customers and make them sit at the right place in the office
4) ask the guests/customers if they would like to have tea/coffe and inform the pantry about the same
5) get the customer enquiry forms filled by all first time customers and maintain them
6) keeping herself updated about the progress of the project and availablity of the flats so that she can respond quickly to customer queries
7) making sure the conference halls are well organized and have the entire stationary/internet/power/lights etc maintained so that there are no glitches during customer presentations
8) we have a seperate whatsapp group to inform about any guests coming to the site. Keep a track of all the entry and exits from the security gate and give clearances to the security over the landline
