Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities to acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, credit cards, and other retail liabilities products.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to promote banking services and products to potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling opportunities for various banking products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for account opening, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in field sales or related roles in banking industry.
- Strong understanding of current account, CASA sales, retail liabilities, field sales principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
