Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities to acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, credit cards, and other retail liabilities products.
Conduct door-to-door visits to promote banking services and products to potential clients in the assigned territory.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling opportunities for various banking products.
Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for account opening, sales growth, and customer acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in field sales or related roles in banking industry.
Strong understanding of current account, CASA sales, retail liabilities, field sales principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
