Roles and responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand challenges and gather product requirements
- Create detailed workflows & mock-ups, collaborate with development & QA teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare MIS reports to drive decisions on product development

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good communication, documentation skills & knowledge of product strategy
- Deep, holistic understanding of the business & desktop user experience
- Analytical & first principles thinking skills
