Role: Director - Off-Role Talent Sourcing/Hiring
Stakeholder Management/ Problem Solving/Key Understanding of Manpower Dynamics
Core Areas: City ops specific HR strategic programs/HR Operations. Provide direct HR support to the business leading an overall employee base of approximately 1300+ stores and to further expansion as well.
Qualification: MBA-HR or any HR-related specialization.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources preferably from warehouse and supply chain background. Experience in blue collar workforce management is preferred.
