Job Description
Job Summary: We seek a Tech Lead skilled in Microsoft Dynamics (CE) and Power Apps to design, develop and deliver large-scale case management applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architecting, designing, and developing enterprise solutions on MS Dynamics/Power Platform. Working with a global team, the role focuses on automating operational use-cases to increase efficiency and reduce risk for Operations users. Collaboration across infrastructure, business teams, and end users is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and business analysts to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and create an iterative delivery plan.
- Define architecture and design solutions
- Implement Dynamics functionality iteratively with comprehensive unit and integration testing
- Integrate external systems via Azure Logic Apps, handle data migration, and generate metrics/KPIs
- Oversee setup, administration, and user training for Dynamics CE
- Integrate AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics
- Configure security settings for production and other non-prod environments
- Support deployments and post-production activities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot, and associated architecture and design methodologies
- Background in Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and C#.net
- Understanding of iterative and agile development practices
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with sound judgment
- Effective communication skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. More than seven years of experience developing web applications.
Good to Have Skills:
- Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure certifications
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
- Awareness of Enterprise Architecture Patterns
- Experience in application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management throughout the lifecycle
- Ability to interact directly with business users at various organizational levels
