Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 3-4 Years
Work Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in contract staffing to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent for contract positions across diverse clients and domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for contract staffing requirements across IT and related domains.
- Source and identify candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and references.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit as per client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Negotiate rates, notice periods, and other terms with candidates to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure quick turnaround for client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet hiring targets.
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain and update reports/tracker on daily recruitment activities.
- Stay updated with current trends in contract staffing, technologies, and market rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 34 years of experience in IT recruitment (Contract Staffing).
- Excellent understanding of technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, etc.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Experience in negotiating CTC with consultants.
- Good understanding of different employment types (C2H, T&M, FTE).
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
