Position: Policy Advisor Health Insurance (Tele Sales)

Location: Silk Board, Bangalore | Work from Office

Role Summary:
Responsible for outbound calling, explaining health insurance products, understanding customer needs, and driving policy sales.

Eligibility:

• Freshers (Graduates only): 23,000 + Unlimited Incentives

• Experienced: Up to 37,500 + Incentives

• Undergraduates: Eligible with relevant sales experience

• Languages: English & Hindi mandatory; South Indian languages preferred

Work Schedule:

• Female: 9 AM 8 PM

• Male: 9 AM 9 PM

• 6 days/week, rotational off
