Location: Indore

Experience Required: 3+ years in IT recruitment with independent sourcing and delivery capabilities
Role Overview
Were seeking a seasoned and self-driven IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for diverse technical roles across web, mobile, cloud, and data domains. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands tech deeply, and can independently manage sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Independently manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom requirement gathering to offer rollout
- Source candidates using advanced Boolean search, social platforms, job boards, and internal databases
- Screen for technical and cultural fit across roles like MERN Stack, Salesforce, DevOps, AI/ML, and more
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with hiring managers to refine JDs, define evaluation rubrics, and align on timelines
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and candidate feedback loops
- Maintain structured communication and reporting across all hiring touchpoints
Candidate Experience & Branding
- Ensure professional, branded communication throughout the candidate journey
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision and empathy
- Represent the companys values and culture in every interaction
Process Optimization
- Maintain and improve recruitment dashboards, trackers, and templates
- Recommend tools and platforms that enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate quality
- Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and sourcing innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment across multiple tech stacks
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of technical roles, terminologies, and evaluation criteria
- Proficiency in ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
