Role: IT Recruiter (Work From Home)

What You Will Do:

• End-to-end IT recruitment for Big4 and Global IT Services clients
• Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases & referrals
• Screening and shortlisting quality profiles
• Coordinating interviews and client follow-ups
• Managing offer rollouts and joining closures
• Maintaining strong candidate and client relationships

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ year of IT recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for IT Services, Consulting, Product companies preferred
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Stable internet connection & laptop (mandatory)
