Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity and size. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, from project scoping to execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects across diverse domains and teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain detailed project reporting and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Partner closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to set expectations and manage engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee technical teams (network, compute, storage engineers), providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver mission-critical infrastructure initiatives.
- Drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience managing end-to-end infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in creating project scope documents, WBS, and detailed project schedules.
- 5+ years of experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience with PMO methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficient with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerBI, and related tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence at all organizational levels, and make sound business decisions.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM practices and experience in an IT outsourcing environment.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, analytical thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
