Job Description:
R Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Development Lead to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of high-quality software solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies including Java, AWS, and Angular.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable software solutions.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway to build robust backend systems.
- Develop front-end components using Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices.
- Manage and maintain databases utilizing Aurora RDS (Postgres) and DynamoDB.
- Utilize DevOps practices, implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Monitor application performance and reliability using CloudWatch, and ensure high availability and scalability of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development and testing (Junit and Postman) to ensure high-quality code.
- Collaborate on software documentation and project management using Jira and Confluence.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve processes and tools.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Expertise in Angular for front-end application development.
- Proficient in AWS services including Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, Redshift, and QuickSight.
- Experience with database management using Aurora RDS (Postgres) and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Strong understanding of software testing techniques using Junit and Postman.
- Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 09 to 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, AWS, and Angular.
