Job Description

Job Responsibilities :-

- Preparation of financial statements under Ind - AS accounting framework along with the Segmental Financials , Cash Flow , and complete notes to account for the Annual Report.

- Performed monthly variance analysis of Operating Expenses and other Revenue & Balance Sheet items along with the Dashboard review with the CFO and higher management.

- Independently managed the automation of financial statements and other process in SAP including testing of tools and software.

- Managing multiple regulatory reporting of SEBI/Tax/ on quarterly & annual basis.

- Coordination with Statutory Auditors/Internal Audit and relevant stakeholders for concluding audit effectively and on a timely basis.

- Ensuring quick redressal of queries to facilitate minimal audit observations. - Exposure to XBRL filing, MSME compliance.

- Updated with recent amendment in Schedule 3, CARO and LODR requirements .
