Hi,

We have a Walk-in interview for experienced customer / technical support executives only.

Experience 1 yr & above only in any customer support / technical support

Excellent communication in English is preferred

Walk-in date 24-Nov-25

Walk-in time 11am to 2pm

  • Experience(1yr to 2yr) - 30k take home per month(Salary not negotiable)
  • Experience (2yrs & above) - 33k take home per month (Salary not negotiable)
  • Work from office with free transportation for both pick and drop(*25km radius)
  • Looking for immediate joiners only
  • Should be able to work in night shifts
  • Fixed week offs on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Should be able to join immediately

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year and above of experience in a dedicated role such as customer support, Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Application Support.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting enterprise-level applications, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to maintain composure and clarity

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for our core applications and systems via phone and email.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software, hardware, and system application issues.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable advice for non-technical users.
  • Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and final resolutions accurately within the CRM/ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Manage customer expectations regarding resolution times and communicate status updates proactively.
