Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and process understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice processes (US/UK).
Excellent Communication Skills with strong verbal & written English proficiency.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift).
Strong Soft Skills Training certification required; additional certifications like VNA/BPO/CSE preferred.
