We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% work from home in permanent mode.

• Have to resolve customers query Voice Call
• System requirements
• i5 7th Generation
• 10 GB RAM
• Windows 10
• 20/mbps
• Mandatory Criteria-
• Minimum HS
• Both fresher & experienced can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
• Customer Orientation.
• Rotational Shift ( except females ) , 10 hours of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1-hour break
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• 5 Days working 2 days rotational week off
• Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
• Interview Structure-
• HR round - General check.
• Typing Test
• OPS round General Check
• Voice Versant (V4 and above)
• Client Round Video Call
• Payouts
• 12.5k - 14.1k in hand
• Documents Required
• Education Mark sheets
• Aadhar Card
• Pan Card
• Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
