Location Urla, Raipur - Chhattisgarh

Position Chief Chemist / Chemist - Quality Control
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: Min 4-5 yrs
Salary: 30-40 % hike.
Location: Urla, Raipur - Chhattisgarh
Degree in Chemistry
Working hours 9 to 6 pm / Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience for Chemist role in quality control, preferably within Fertilizers manufacturing industry or fertilizers testing lab. Or 10+ yrs experience for Chief Chemist
Proficient in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
Immediate or less notice period preferred
Ready to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh
we can also consider chemist-QC, who has background in pesticides or pharma or food industry (min 5 yrs exp in same)
M.Sc (chemistry) is must
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Quality Control - Chief Chemist / Chemist at our Water-soluble Fertilizers factory The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our agrochemical products, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished agrochemical products to assess their quality, purity, and compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Accurately record and interpret test results using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments. Analyze data to identify any deviations or anomalies that require further investigation.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues. Participate in root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of laboratory equipment to ensure reliable and precise test results.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all quality control tests, results, and related documentation. Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures to enhance the overall quality of the agrochemical products.
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control department and collaborate with the team to implement best practices.
