Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding automobile products/services.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain call records and follow process guidelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi (mandatory)

• Strong customer service & interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage calls and meet performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience (Inbound/Outbound)

• Total Openings: 15
