About the Role
Paves Technologies is hiring an experienced BASE24-eps Developer (6+ years) with strong expertise in card scheme mandates and API-based payment interfaces. This role focuses on modern API-driven integrations, not traditional BASE24-eps interfaces.
Join our global engineering team supporting next-generation payments modernization programs.
What Youll Do
- Develop & enhance BASE24-eps modules (ONL, OLF, AFT, TLF, device handlers).
- Implement Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex scheme mandates and compliance updates.
- Design and support API-based interfaces for transaction processing, authorization, routing, and scheme integrations. (Note: This role does not involve standard BASE24-eps proprietary interfaces.)
- Translate scheme bulletins into technical design and BASE24-eps changes.
- Support certification cycles, mandate rollouts, regression, and production cutovers.
- Troubleshoot authorization, routing, and mandate-related issues in real-time environments.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of hands-on BASE24-eps development experience.
- Strong knowledge of card scheme mandates, EMV updates, BIN changes, and issuer/acquirer flows.
- Demonstrated experience working with API-based payment interfaces.
- Expertise with Tandem/HP NonStop, TAL, SCOBOL, TACL, Enscribe/SQL.
- Strong understanding of real-time payment switching, online authorization flows, POS/ATM, and interchange.
- Excellent debugging skills in high-volume, mission-critical systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with scheme certifications, migrations, or mandate releases.
- Exposure to Base24 Classic, tokenization, or eCommerce integrations.
