Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Build health focused agency force
Achieve budgeted sales target (Retail Motor products only)
Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
Handholding of Advisors
Ownership and servicing of Advisors
Drive advisors activation and progression
Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis
