Job Description

Urgent requirement as part of Employee Relations central team

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in managing databases, interacting with external agencies, handled due diligence and who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role will encompass a variety of tasks, including the responsibility for the implementation of Central Government schemes such as BOAT and PM Internship.
Candidate will be handling documentation related to the schemes.
This includes, but is not limited to, visiting Labour offices, attending court sessions, and supporting ER functions in primary investigations.
Furthermore, the role will also involve being responsible for maintaining a dispute case repository.
