Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage ticket rejects and reissue
• New issuance
• EMD fulfillment
• Fare rule interpretation
• Error reporting
• Contact airlines and providers for different issues
• Knowledge of NDCs and ADMs
  

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in ticketing fulfillment
• Proficient in Amadeus & Sabre/Travelport mandatory
• Willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7 (Mostly Afternoon and Night)
• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate - Diploma / HSC pass (10+2)
• Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules and reissue tickets Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understanding the logic behind validating carriers and basic knowledge of IATA regulations
• Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
• Ability to manage change and work under pressure
• Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates.

Note : Relieving letter of the last 2 companies are mandatory
