Senior Consultant Specialist @ Hsbc

Job Description

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• MQ certified desirable
• Certification or Knowledge of Websphere related products (WAS, Liberty, Portal)
• Minimum 10 years technical experience in Middleware administration and MQ administration
• Proven capability in motivating people both in and outside their team, creating a team-led culture, must be open to act on any feedback given.
• Solid technical knowledges in Middleware products such as IBM MQ, WAS, Portal, IHS, redis, Apache, Tomcat, Node.js, Hazelcast and Kong
• Good technical design and implementation skills with proven track record of delivering large and complex projects
• Hands on experience on installing/upgrading/patching the Middleware products
• Experience in delivering large scale projects and working with stakeholders in different levels
• Experience in Python/shell scripting
• Automation tool knowledge on Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet is preferable
• Experience on AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali cloud technology is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills to build effective working relationship with peer groups and users
• End to end systems architecture knowledge
• DevOps principles for efficient delivery
• Mentoring and supporting colleagues
