Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Tele Sales & Verification

We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as customer support, collections . If you're fluent in Hindi and English, and are looking for a dynamic role, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for support 
- Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
- Meet sales targets and promote products/services
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Requirements:

- Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- 12th pass or graduate degree preferred

Salary:

- Up to 15, 000 per month for freshers
- Up to 25,000 per month for experienced candidates

Location:

- Tin Factory, Bangalore
- Bommanahalli, Bangalore
