Job Description

Handle incoming customer calls in Hindi and English.

Listen to customer queries and provide relevant information or support.

For Outbound Calls
-
Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, reminders, or surveys.

Explain products/services clearly in both languages
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
-
Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, CRM tools).
-
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
-
Prior call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Positive attitude and polite telephone manners.

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
