Job Description
Job Summary
The Tele Counsellor is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about Frankfinn programs, and convincing them to attend free walk-in seminars. The role involves lead handling, effective communication, and maintaining high levels of customer engagement. The position requires strong speaking skills, clarity, and the ability to interact confidently in both Hindi and English.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company and counsel prospective students.
- Convince students to attend walk-in seminars conducted by Frankfinn.
- Maintain high call productivity and follow standard calling scripts and processes.
- Generate interest, clarify queries, and provide accurate information about courses.
- Update call logs, lead status, and daily reports in the system.
- Ensure call quality, clear speech, and professional communication at all times.
- Meet targets related to call volumes and seminar confirmations.
- Follow company guidelines related to communication, behavior, and data handling.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Undergraduates also eligible with results in hand).
- Freshers with good communication OR 6 months5 years experience in outbound BPO/tele-sales/lead generation.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and English.
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or major speech clarity issues (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH sound errors).
- Age between 18 to 34 years.
- Medically fit (no severe respiratory or contagious conditions).
