  • Handle customer calls professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Manage and clear backlog effectively within timelines.
  • Meet and maintain customer expectations, targets, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and process flows accurately.
  • Manage and respond to all incoming customer requests.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with internet usage and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
