Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance of Health Agency Channel, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective relationship management with agencies.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to expand the company's presence in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2 to 7 years experience in any Insurance and BFSI Sector

Education: Any Graduate Must
Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Gender: Male / Female

CTC Range: 3 LPA to 5.LPA (Plus Incentive)
Allowances: Petrol + Mobile

Job Location: Thrissur / Kochi / Kottayam / Hyderabad
