Job Description


Work Location: Vikhroli West,Mumbai


Summary:
Coordinate certain aspects of the installation, de-installation and site survey requests associated with Global Accounts. Might include software and hardware (i.e. routers, modems, workstations, PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) for our customers or third-party customers .


Mandatory skills / Experience

  • Will need to be highly personable with first class communication skills.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Highly organized.
  • Must be computer-literate in all MS office applications in particular Excel.
  • Must have experience in a customer service environment.
  • Will need to be capable of working within very tight deadlines.
  • Will need to be an effective problem solver.
  • Will have good organizational skills and be able to work well both independently and within a team.

Other skills;

05:00-14:00 IST/00:30-09:30 CET

  • 08:00-17:00 IST/03:30-12:30 CET
  • 14:00-23:00 IST/09:30-18:30 CET
  • Rotational Week offs
  • Shift would get rotate on weekly/Biweekly basis
