Role & responsibilities

Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed. Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions Need to adhere to the shift adherence

location : Hyderabad

Qualification Both Graduate & UG can apply

Shifts 8am to 8 pm Min 9 hours of login & days Roster

Language Proficiency English + Tamil

Assessments : VETI 4 & above
