Job Description
NCR is the leader in India in the ATM space. Part of the solutions offered by NCR is Total Implementation Services, where we provide interior, exterior fit outs for different LOBs like Banking, Non banking financial companies infra projects etc. As the TIS Project coordinator, you are expected to manage the following
Act as single point of contact for client and internal team for the assigned TIS deployment projects
Co-ordinate with TPA vendor and NCR internal team for project execution.
Co-ordinate with TPA vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of their equipment.
Tracking progress of deployment and ensure deployment is done within agreed TAT.
Prepare project trackers and share with internal/external stakeholders involved.
Developing economical vendors to support project delivery with Quality & TAT.
Developing and managing PERT Charts for day to day site monitoring
Developing best practices to ensure timely project delivery with quality
Preparing project sites estimates for time and material cost, quality check, timely delivery of projects & billing.
Key to success also include
- Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities.
Superior communication skills, high attention to detail, comfortable rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership to get job done.
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, client service and meeting deadlines
Knowledge and Skill Sets required:
Qualification: Any Degree with Project management experience
Experience in Civil, interior and eletrical Infra project cycle is an additional advantage.
Excellent knowledge of MS-office tools.
Good communication skills.
