Role Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Homeowner Service Agent who will be

responsible for supporting homeowners through accurate, timely and professional email

communication. The role requires strong written communication skills, a customer-centric approach

and the ability to resolve issues effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to homeowner queries, concerns and service requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of issues within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all homeowner interactions and case details in CRM systems.
  • Identify recurring concerns and flag process gaps to relevant teams for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, process guidelines and data privacy requirements.
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy and ownership to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.
  • Support ongoing process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email-based customer or partner support (hospitality/travel background preferred)
  • Strong written communication with excellent command of English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working from office in a 6-day work environment (Gurugram).
  • Willingness to work in shifts aligned with European business hours.
