Hiring Counsellor - Academic Counsellor (EdTech Sales)

We are hiring for multiple leading companies across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai for the role of Academic Counsellor.

About Company:
The company is a fast-growing education services organization focused on student counselling, admissions support, and delivering seamless learning solutions.

Position: Academic Counsellor
Experience Required: 6 months 5 years (EdTech sales mandatory)
Work Mode: Work from office
Working Days: 6 days
Shift Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM or 12PM - 9PM (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling students & parents about educational programs
• Handling inbound/outbound leads and driving conversions
• Explaining course details effectively
• Achieving monthly revenue targets
• Maintaining strong follow-ups and end-to-end guidance
  

Requirements:

• Must have EdTech sales experience
• Strong communication & counselling skills
• Ability to handle high student/parent engagement
• Immediate joiners preferred
