Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage full-cycle hiring for roles across Business, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Support functions.
Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal references, direct sourcing).
Screen, evaluate and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess fitment, expectations, and competencies.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth evaluation.

Recruitment Operations

Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards.
Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality standards, and compliance processes.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and TA projects.
