We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 4+ years of experience who can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in software development, and an in-depth understanding of Agile
methodologies, project management tools, and the product development lifecycle. Prior experience in the EdTech domain and knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage hands-on experience in software development to guide teams effectively and address technical challenges.
- Agile & Scrum Practices: Implement Agile best practices, facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business teams, to drive project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor and recalibrate sprints based on development challenges, ensuring product alignment with evolving requirements.
- EdTech & LMS Knowledge: Understand the dynamics of the EdTech industry, LMS functionalities, and integrate best practices into project execution.
- Process Optimization: Utilize project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) to track progress and enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the EdTech or software development domain.
- Strong technical understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Scrum Master practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in LMS platforms and knowledge of the product development lifecycle in the EdTech space.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Experience handling large-scale EdTech projects.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional global teams.
