we hiring for International Voice (Blended)


Job Title: Customer Service Executive International Voice (Blended)
Department: FAO (Finance & Accounting Outsourcing)
Location: Navi Mumbai (Vaashi)
Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview

The Customer Service Executive will handle inbound/outbound customer calls from UK clients related to finance-linked support services (billing, payments, account queries, service issues, etc.). The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls from UK customers with professionalism and clarity.
  • Escalate complex cases to Team Leads / SMEs when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance Ops, AR/AP teams, Client Support) for case resolution.
  • Maintain high standards of customer empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Com. Graduate with relevant experience in international voice process.
  • 24 years of experience in International Voice processes (UK, US, or AUS) mandatory.
  • Versant Certification required.
  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
  • Experience in BPO/FAO processes preferred (Billing, AR, AP, collections queries, customer support related to finance).
  • Good problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
