Job Description

Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for managing Accounts development. The profile involves understanding the industry, enhancing and developing products/ services offered to existing customers.

Main Priorities:

  • Cover a set of accounts assigned, build relationship with decision makers to managing repeat business and identifying the opportunities for the new products/ services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
  • He / She will be handling CXO/CTO level customers.
  • Generate new business by hunting for new accounts.
  • Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
  • Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
  • Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
  • Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors
  • Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

1. The role expects you to grow revenue by selling the entire gamut of IT Infra Solutions & Advance Technology Services to Enterprise Customers. Hence prior experience in selling technology/or ability to grasp it quickly will be essential in this role.

2. If you're self-driven and closure of deals gives you a kick, then this opportunity will excite you! If you are number savvy, with proven track record of creating and nurturing business from new and existing customers, then you will enjoy this role. Your passion for sales will be tested and harnessed well in this role.

3. Your ability to build deeper engagement and connect with New Customers will significantly contribute to the success of the role.

4. Customer is at the centre of everything we do!!... needless to say, direct customer handling experience is one of the essential skills required in his role. Also, this role involves greater collaboration with intern2 teams, OEMs/Partner ecosystems. Should have strong connect / relationship with enterprise customers/clients in Hyderabad.
