Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager- Domestic BFSI

Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Pune, Bangalore & Chennai (WFO)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key BFSI accounts through account mining, cross-sell & upsell initiatives
  • Drive IT / software services and managed services sales across the domestic market
  • Work with delivery and pre-sales teams to create tailored client solutions
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue & growth targets

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Account Management (Domestic BFSI)
  • Hands-on experience with Managed Services and T&M models
  • Strong understanding of BFSI client needs and buying behavior

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
