Job Description

Backend support for sales teams - help them sell better by providing the right tools, data, pricing, and process support.

What Will You Do?

Support Sales Teams:

Handle licensing, training, pricing, budgeting, and negotiation support
Give sales teams the content, training, and data they need
Work behind the scenes so salespeople can focus on selling

Manage Supply & Demand:

Track product inventory and supply planning
Forecast what customers will need
Manage rebates and resolve customer issues
Balance what customers want vs. what's available

Data & Systems:

Use Salesforce and SAP to track sales data
Analyze pipelines and customer business
Ensure data accuracy and compliance
Create reports and insights

Lead & Improve:

Manage and coach a team
Drive continuous improvements in processes
Handle customer escalations and urgent issues
Work with senior leadership and customers

What Do They Want?

Must-Have:

7-11 years experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement
Supply chain knowledge - demand/supply planning, inventory, forecasting
Systems expertise - Salesforce, SAP (S4 Hana)
Excel skills - advanced level to analyze complex data
Communication - work with sales teams, customers, and executives
