Role & responsibilities

We're Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Manager (8+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 8+ years of proven experience to oversee and scale our digital growth strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Develop and execute 360 digital marketing strategies across all online platforms

• Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content-based campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Oversee website content updates, landing pages, funnel optimization, and CRO
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, dashboards, and reporting
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the sales team to align goals
• Manage digital marketing budget and allocate spending effectively
• Handle online brand reputation, ORM, and customer engagement strategies
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing executives
• Plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.) for insights
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and algorithm updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategy-building skills
• Proven track record of driving growth and brand engagement
