Property Accountant @ Wipro

Job Description

• 7-10Yr US Property Accounting Experience - ideally commercial
• at least 5+ years as a manager/reviewer of detailed property level financials and support
• Review or preparer of CAM recs
• Experience writing and reviewing budget to actual variance analysis
• Experience following client capex policies, reviewing invoices to ensure compliance (expense vs. capex, leasing related capex)
• Experience following client bad debt policies and reviewing the AR and financials to ensure compliance
• Experience preparing and reviewing balance sheet support schedules (workpapers)
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong organization skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Manager experience - training and developing new accountants
• Experience creating training materials
• Experience with Process improvement (ideas, design, implementation)
• Yardi and MRI experience preferred
• Accounting degree
