Requirements:
Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices.
Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach
Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
Must-Have Certifications
Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
CIS (Certified Implementation specialist (Preferred)
ITIL Certifications (desired)
Scrum master (Preferred)
Experience & Background
B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
2+ years of IT industry experience.
