Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Assist in preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring spices

• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs

• Cook basic dishes under supervision

• Ensure food is prepared on time and to quality standards

Kitchen Support

• Support Chef de Partie and other senior kitchen staff

• Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies

• Help during busy service hours

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)

• Ensure proper storage of food items
