Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Source and generate business for Home Loans and LAP products through:
  
• DSAs, builders, brokers, connectors, and referrals
  
• Field sales and market activities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes to customers
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
  
• Ensure timely collection of documents and follow-ups for disbursement
  
• Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
