Associate Director Delivery (Coding | CDI Specialty)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1820 years in US Healthcare RCM (Medical Coding CDI), with at least 3 years in leadership and 10 years in managerial roles.

About the Role:
Lead end-to-end delivery operations, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee project lifecycle, resource planning, and risk management.
• Mentor and lead delivery teams for high performance.
• Ensure client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Must-Have Expertise:

• Strong experience in IPDRG and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
• Proven track record in large-scale project delivery and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
