Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability and availability.
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update reports regularly.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment and technical sourcing.
- Good understanding of various IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
Additional Details:
Working Days: Monday to Friday 2nd sat 4th sat off
Work Mode: Remote
