Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter/(Female, WFH)

Experience: 1-6 years in recruitment with minimum 5 years of team handling

Location: Work From Home

Salary: 10k to 18K per month / Dependinfg on year of exp

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals and social media.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain candidate database and daily reports.

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills.

Must have experience in hiring for IT roles (developers, testers, etc.).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Note: Female candidates only (WFH opportunity).
