Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on voice process (customer support).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in US process knowledge is an added advantage.
