JOB DESCRIPTION: TRANSITION MANAGER
Purpose of the Role:
The Transition manager will lead the transition of services between BP/GES and between GES/BPO. Projects beyond transition of services may also occur.
Job Overview:
As a Transition Manager, responsibilities will include: Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources. Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
