These roles are responsible for designing, reviewing and validating technology solutions across change requests (CRs) and projects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives and technology standards. The role ensures that all solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable and implemented without operational issues.
- Evaluate and validate solution designs for CRs and new projects to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, technology roadmap and business requirements.
- Review functional and technical designs to verify feasibility, scalability and alignment with best practices.
- Identify architectural risks, dependencies and impacts on existing systems.
- Recommend optimal solution approaches, integration patterns and technology choices.
- Act as the architectural authority for ongoing projects and major CRs.
- Ensure solution designs are correctly interpreted and implemented by delivery teams.
- Participate in design walkthroughs, technical workshops and architecture review boards.
- Monitor the end-to-end execution of CRs and projects to ensure adherence to approved architecture.
- Perform architecture compliance checks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure that non-functional requirements (NFRs)such as performance, security, stability and resilienceare embedded into all solutions.
- Work with QA, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure smooth, issue-free deployments.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution architecture documents.
- Maintain architecture repositories, diagrams and decision logs.
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, microservices, data architecture and cloud architectures (especially Alibaba certified professional).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, DWH, data lake, digital platforms, etc.) (Oracle ERP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment methodologies.
- Should have experience working in retail and distribution sector.
