Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide strategic HR support to the business unit, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Collaborate with line managers to develop and implement effective people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and make recommendations for process improvements.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.

Job Requirements :

15-22 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
Proven track record of success in business partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change and growth.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust at all levels within the organization.
